diamonds

beads of water
glisten on grass
in morning sun
some might call it dew.

but lying here,
stretched out flat
among the drops,
I see they are diamonds

lovingly scattered
by King-Father
for Princess-Daughter
and I am reminded

that in this upside-down
Kingdom of ours,
you must lower yourself
to remember you’re royalty.

    Deb,
I loved the poem. It spoke to my heart and gave me a new view on dew, something that has always drawn my attention. Lovely way to start the day. Thanks so much. BEss

I cannot stop saying how precious the gifts of God in you are to me. PLEASE put all of your musings, writings, thoughts, together in a book of any kind. I will be the first in line. dale Date: Thu, 9 Jul 2015 00:03:00 +0000 To: 2ormore@msn.com
